At Wilder Living, we want to make sure that our customers receive their orders as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Here's how we handle shipping:

  • Shipping times: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Shipping methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to choose from, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

  • Shipping fees: Shipping fees will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. 

  • Shipping restrictions: We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Order delivery: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the delivery process. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@wilderlivingcompany.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
